Joheim is an NPC initially found in the Wine Cellar, but he then moves to the shopping center of Bramunez after you complete the quest to find him. He has some secrets that he shares with Nadia.
Like all skill trainers he eventually moves with you to the next area if you have completed all the quests in the current area. The spots where they are found in the previous area would be replaced by a Cardboard Cut-out with humorous talk quotes.
